Located in the lobby, our restaurant is now open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Instruction on how to order: Dial “0” or press the “Room Service” button on the phone, order is taken by the
Front Office team.
All restaurant menu items are available for in-room dining.
Hours: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (daily)
For the convenience of our guests, valet parking is offered Monday-Friday: 7am-11pm and
Valet Parking Rates:
- Overnight: $48
- 0-4 hours: $20
- 4-12 hours: $30
- 12-24 hours: $48
- Tavola Bar & Kitchen: $10 with validation

In-Room Safe & Security
Located in the guestroom closet. For your security, use the safe for all valuables, lock all windows and
doors, use the viewport to ID all visitors, keep your keycard with you at all times and identify employees
by their name tags. Safe deposit boxes are available by contacting the front desk.
All guestrooms include basic amenities to make your stay more comfortable. If you require additional items,
please contact the front desk.

Reinvigorate in our Fitness Center (located on the third level) 24 hours a day. Facilities include

further details. Your guestroom keycard is required for access.
The full-service Business Center is located on the second level and offers an array of support services:
photocopying, printing, and high-speed internet access. Please contact Guest Services for scanning and
faxing services as well as overnight delivery/pickup and post/parcel service.
Housekeeping and Guest Request Items
Our Housekeeping Grand Performers are available to service your guestroom or suite between 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Please contact Guest Service should you require housekeeping services at a specific time during your stay or
need any of the following items:
- Mouthwash, comb, disposable razor, shoe mitt, shower cap
- Vanity kit
- Toothpaste / toothbrush
- Feminine products
- Additional bed / bath linens
- Rubber bath mats

For your convenience, use our Express Check-Out option. Upon departure, leave your keycard with a
Front Desk Grand Performer or call Guest Services and we will complete your check-out over the phone.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
For voicemail retrieval, simply press the ‘Message’ button on your telephone. Local calls are complimentary,
for long distance calls please contact the front desk for current pricing details. International calls can
be made with operator assistance.
Laundry & Dry Cleaning
For collection of dry cleaning or laundry, please press the ‘Guest Services’ button on your telephone keypad.
We offer same-day service Monday through Saturday. Pickup is at 8:30 am for return by 6:00 pm the same day.
There is no pickup on Sundays or national holidays. Dry cleaning or laundry received after 8:00 am will be
returned the following day.
